Spa Hours Spa Therapies are generally scheduled Monday through Friday 10am until 6pm. Weekend and evenings are by appointment only. We are flexible and try to meet client demand. Arrival Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time to use the bathroom, fill out paperwork, etc. Since we have limited bathroom facilities, please be considerate of others. If you would like to take a shower before or after your service, you must let the staff know when you book your appointment. Please keep in mind that all spa services are scheduled on the half hour and will end on time so that the next client will not be delayed. Appointments We recommend that you call in advance to obtain your preferred spa time. Credit card numbers will be taken to hold appointments for first time clients and for multiple services. This number will be kept confidentially on file. Cancellation Policy We take great care to provide our clients with outstanding service. To ensure that we can offer all our clients this consistent level of superior service, we must impose the following cancellation policy: Spa appointments cancelled same day or "no shows" will result in 100% cancellation fee.
